Delete Your Larovie Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the Larovie mobile app (published by LoadUp) and from larovie.ae.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to support@larovie.com from the email address registered to your Larovie account.
Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
Include your full name and the email address or phone number on the account.
We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days, then email you to confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and saved delivery addresses
Your account login credentials
Your wishlist and saved preferences
Marketing and push-notification subscriptions
App usage and analytics data linked to your account

What is kept, and for how long

Completed order and invoice records are retained for 5 years after the order date, because UAE tax and commercial law require us to keep them. These records are stored separately, are not used for marketing, and are permanently deleted once the retention period ends.

كيفية طلب حذف الحساب

أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى support@larovie.com من نفس البريد المسجّل في حسابك.
اكتب في عنوان الرسالة: طلب حذف حساب.
أرفق اسمك الكامل والبريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب.
سنتحقق من هويتك ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً، ثم نرسل لك تأكيداً بالبريد.

الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وعناوين التوصيل المحفوظة
بيانات تسجيل الدخول
قائمة المفضّلة والتفضيلات المحفوظة
الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية والإشعارات
بيانات الاستخدام والتحليلات المرتبطة بحسابك

البيانات التي تُحفظ ومدة حفظها

تُحفظ سجلات الطلبات والفواتير المكتملة لمدة 5 سنوات من تاريخ الطلب، لأن القوانين الضريبية والتجارية في دولة الإمارات تُلزمنا بذلك. تُخزَّن هذه السجلات بشكل منفصل ولا تُستخدم لأغراض تسويقية، وتُحذف نهائياً بانتهاء مدة الحفظ.
