Is Cash on Delivery available?

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please send a photo via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked .
Do you offer personalised skincare consultations?
Yes — for free, via WhatsApp. Send us a photo of your skin and tell us your concerns. Our team will build a routine specific to your needs and budget.
Can I use multiple active ingredients together?
Some combinations should be avoided. Vitamin C in the morning, Retinol/Retinal at night. Do not layer AHA/BHA with Retinol in the same step. Our WhatsApp team can advise on your specific routine.
How long before I see results?
Hydration products: 1–3 days. Brightening and dark spot treatments: 4–8 weeks of daily use. Anti-aging actives (Retinal, Retinol): 8–12 weeks. Consistency is key.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If a product doesn't suit your skin, WhatsApp us and we will help you find something better suited.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For quality issues with opened products, WhatsApp us with a photo and we will resolve immediately.

Are products safe during pregnancy?
Avoid products with Retinol, Retinal, or Retinoids during pregnancy. Safe alternatives: Bakuchiol (Eqqual Berry), Niacinamide, Azelaic Acid, and Hyaluronic Acid products. Always consult your doctor.
Are products suitable for sensitive skin?

Are your products halal-certified?
Most of our Korean and Japanese products are free from pork-derived ingredients and ethanol alcohol. Halal certification varies by brand. WhatsApp us for specific product queries.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within UAE. Expansion to additional countries is in progress — follow our Instagram for updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. All card payments are fully encrypted and secure.
Are all your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every product is sourced directly from brand-authorised distributors or the brands themselves. We do not deal with grey-market suppliers.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Message us on WhatsApp immediately.
Do you offer instalment payment options?
Yes. We support Tabby and/or Tamara (buy now, pay later) depending on your country. Appears at checkout automatically.
How long does delivery take?
UAE: 1–2 days. Express shipping available at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping above the minimum threshold (visible at checkout). Standard fees apply on smaller orders.
